1. Scope

These terms govern all services offered through dinahegazi.com, including but not limited to private readings, courses, memberships, events, and digital content. By using this website or purchasing any service, you agree to these terms.

2. Services

Dina Hegazi offers spiritual readings, courses, and related services for entertainment and personal development purposes. These services do not constitute medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should always consult qualified professionals for such matters.

All readings and sessions are confidential. Recordings, if provided, are for the client's personal use only and may not be shared publicly without written consent.

3. Bookings & Payments

• All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in EUR.
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless a payment plan is offered.
• Booking confirmations are sent via email after successful payment.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be rescheduled once at no additional cost.
• No-shows are not eligible for refunds.
• Course enrollments are non-refundable once access has been granted, unless required by EU consumer protection law (14-day withdrawal right for digital content not yet accessed).

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, recordings, and branding — is the intellectual property of Dina Hegazi unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use any content without written permission.

6. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your login information or allow others to access your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dina Hegazi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The courts of Berlin shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any disputes arising from these terms, unless mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.

9. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance.
