    The Invitation

    Shadow work is not journalling prompts on Instagram. Shadow work is sitting with the part of you that's jealous, controlling, manipulative, ashamed, terrified, and pretending none of that is happening.

    I trained as a lawyer. I'm a medium. I do not believe in spiritual bypass. I believe that the parts of you that you refuse to look at are running your life, and that they will keep running it until you turn around and have an actual conversation with them.

    This workshop is where we do that. No candles, no rituals, no telling you you're a beautiful soul. Just three hours of real work in a room full of people doing the same.

    The shadow isn't evil. It's just the part you stopped letting in the room.

    What we'll do together

    Three hours, structured, intense, doable. No surprise screaming exercises.

    Teaching

    What shadow actually is (Jung in plain English), why you have one, why everyone you've ever been in a relationship with has triggered it, and what to do about that.

    Guided Inquiry

    I'll walk you through a structured process to identify a specific shadow pattern that's running your life right now. You'll need a journal.

    Group Integration

    Optional sharing in pairs or small groups. You don't have to say a word out loud. You will not be put on the spot.

    Practice You Can Take Home

    A repeatable framework you can use weekly. So this isn't a one-off catharsis, it's a tool.
