    HOW IT WORKS

    Four things happen.

    You book.

    Pick a session, pick a date. Payment is in EUR via Stripe. I email you a confirmation with your questions in advance.

    I tune in.

    Before we connect I spend 20 minutes with your energy and whatever information shows up for you. This is also where I feel whether I'll need a translator. I work in EN, AR, DE.

    03

    We meet.

    In a private video room or in my practice. I talk, you ask, we laugh, someone cries — usually me. The whole thing is recorded.

    04

    You get the recording.

    Within 24 hours. Listen back when the messages stop making sense. They will. And then they will again.

    FAQ.

    No. You don't need to meditate, write down questions, or 'be in the right mindset.' Just show up. Your spirit guides have been preparing for this conversation much longer than you have. That said, if you have specific questions — about a relationship, a career decision, a family situation — feel free to bring them. It helps me focus the session.

    Most psychic readings give you impressions — vague feelings, general themes, possibilities. I give you specifics. Names, dates, details, and clear direction. I don't say 'I sense a change coming.' I say 'your guides are showing me you need to leave this job by September, and here's why.' The other difference: I don't use cards, I don't go into a trance, and I don't perform. It's a direct, eyes-open conversation.

    I probably will. Your spirit guides aren't interested in your comfort zone — they're interested in your growth. But I deliver hard truths with care and context. I'll never say something just to shock you. Everything I relay comes with the 'why' behind it and direction on what to do next. Most clients tell me that the thing they didn't want to hear was exactly the thing they needed to hear.

    I don't control who comes through — your loved ones do. In my experience, the person you most need to hear from usually shows up. Sometimes it's who you expected. Sometimes it's someone you weren't thinking about at all, with a message that makes everything click. I relay whoever comes through with as much detail as they give me.

    Yes — I see clients in Berlin and also work online via secure video call. Online readings are just as specific and powerful as in-person sessions. Spirit guides don't need a physical room to communicate. About 70% of my clients are online, from everywhere in the world.

    Life happens. You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session at no charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but can be applied as credit toward a future session. No-shows are non-refundable.

    Arabic, yes — I was born in Cairo and channel in it fluently. English is where I'm sharpest though, and that's what I strongly recommend if you're comfortable with it; the esoteric vocabulary simply doesn't exist in Arabic the same way. As for German: I don't read in German directly. If it's the only language that works for you, I can arrange a session with one of my advanced students sitting in to translate.
