You book a time, we meet in a private video room (or meet in person in Berlin), and I connect with your spirit guides. I tell you what I see, hear, and sense. You tell me if it's right. I deliver specific names, dates, and details — not vague impressions. You get a recording within 24 hours so you can revisit everything later. That's it. No rituals, no theatrics. Just information you can use.

Time and depth. The Private Reading (60 min, €295) covers one or two main topics with clear guidance. The Deep Dive (90 min, €375) gives us space for multiple questions, deeper exploration, and more time to sit with what comes through. The Full Download (3 sessions, €695) is the most comprehensive experience I offer — we go through everything, over multiple sessions, with time to process between each one. Most first-time clients start with the Private Reading.

No. Your guides don't need your permission to exist. Skepticism is fine — I was skeptical too, and then I started getting names and details I couldn't possibly know. All I ask is that you come with an open mind. You don't have to believe anything. Just be willing to hear what comes through.

Very rare, but it's happened. If the connection isn't strong on a given day, I'll tell you honestly rather than make something up. We can reschedule at no additional cost. I'd rather give you nothing than give you fiction.

60 minutes for a Private Reading, 90 minutes for a Deep Dive, and the Full Download is three separate sessions of approximately 60–90 minutes each. I don't rush. If we need a few extra minutes to finish what's coming through, we take them.

Yes. Write your questions down before the session. I'll present them to your guides and they'll answer the ones they choose to address. Sometimes they skip a question because the answer isn't ready yet. Sometimes they answer questions you didn't ask — and that's usually the most important part.

Write down your questions. Find a quiet, private space where you won't be interrupted. Have water nearby. That's it. You don't need to meditate, cleanse your aura, or do anything special. Just show up as you are. The more relaxed you are, the clearer the connection.

Yes. Every session is recorded and delivered within 24 hours. Most clients say they catch details on the second or third listen that they completely missed during the session. The recording is yours to keep.

Both. Online sessions happen in a private video room — the connection is equally strong remotely. I've given readings to clients on six continents from my living room in Berlin. In-person sessions are available in Berlin by appointment. The quality doesn't change based on format.

I work in English and Arabic. English is where I'm sharpest — the esoteric vocabulary lives there, and almost all my international clients choose it. Arabic is home; I was born in Cairo and channel in it fluently. If German is genuinely the only option for you, I can arrange a session with one of my advanced students sitting in to translate. But honestly — my guides don't care what language we speak. They communicate through energy, images, and feelings. The words are my translation.

Keep it and check. Sitters forget things, and some evidence is about what your family never told you. One client couldn't place a red car her father kept showing me. The next day she texted: there was one at her home, a gift she'd forgotten. So I won't argue with you, and I won't twist your answer to fit. Write it down, ask your family, and see what turns up.

You can, but it usually doesn't work. Spirits say what they want to say, not what you quiz them on. When I answer test questions, like "what's my brother's name?", the answer is usually wrong, so I stopped answering them. Come with an open question instead. The evidence you didn't ask for is the evidence you can trust. And some sitters are hard to please. That's fine too.

In my experience, yes. When I connect, I reach the soul as it is between lives, before it comes back. A spirit won't usually tell you it has reincarnated unless you ask directly. People also change in spirit over time: my grandmother, many years on, isn't really my grandmother any more. That's my belief from my readings, not a fact you have to accept. Bring the question to your reading and ask it.

Because I'm too close. When it's my own family, I get emotional, and when I'm emotional the Wi-Fi closes. My grandmother comes to me in flashes, when she wants to. She comes to me. I don't come to her. When I really need to hear from someone, I book another medium, or ask a friend from my practice group to read blind. It's the same reason you shouldn't read your best friend.

Live courses and self-paced ones. Psychic Badass Level 1: Awakening (4 weeks, beginner) teaches you to sense energy, connect with your guides, and give your first readings. Level 2: Expansion (8 weeks, intermediate) deepens your accuracy and builds advanced skills. Level 3: Practitioner Certification is coming in 2027. The Surrender Sequence is a self-paced course about spiritual transformation, available now. And there are short self-paced mini courses: Connect to Your Spirit Guides, My Child Sees Spirits, and Trance, Pure and Simple.

Both. Psychic Badass Level 1 is available as a small live cohort or as a self-paced course you can start today. Levels 2 and 3 are live only. The Surrender Sequence and the mini courses are self-paced. Live gives you practice partners and direct feedback; self-paced gives you flexibility.

Live course sessions are recorded, and enrolled students can watch the replay in their portal. Replays stream in the portal only; they can't be downloaded. The Practice Circle is different: Circle sessions have no member replays, so come live. And show up live to your course if you can. The partner exercises, the group energy and my real-time corrections are the things you can't get from a recording.

Yes. You get weekly homework exercises, guided meditations, a downloadable workbook, and access to your cohort community. Level 2 includes personalized feedback from Dina on your practice between sessions.

Level 1 teaches you how to connect — it's the foundation. Level 2 teaches you how to use that connection with precision, confidence, and consistency — it's personalized to your specific gifts. Level 3 certifies you to give readings professionally and join the platform as a practitioner. Each level builds on the last. You can't skip ahead.

Possibly. Level 1 gives you the strongest foundation, but if you have solid intuitive experience or training from elsewhere, you can apply for Level 2 directly. Dina reviews every application personally and will tell you honestly if you're ready or if you need more foundation work first.

Yes. Level 1 (live): 3 payments of €125. Level 2: 4 payments of €215. The Surrender Sequence: 2 payments of €105. Same course, same access, just spread out. Payment plans are available at checkout. The mini courses are one payment.

Go to the readings page, choose your session type, pick a date and time from the calendar, and complete your booking. You'll receive a confirmation email with your video link and preparation instructions. The whole process takes about 2 minutes.

You can reschedule up to 48 hours before your session at no cost. Cancellations within 48 hours are non-refundable, but I'll work with you to find an alternative time when possible. No. I'm not a therapist and I don't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. A reading provides spiritual guidance and insight — it can be profoundly healing, but it's not a substitute for professional mental health care. If you're in crisis, please reach out to a qualified therapist or counselor. I can complement their work, not replace it.

Completely. Most of my clients are nervous before their first reading. Some are nervous before their tenth. The nervousness usually disappears within the first five minutes once the information starts flowing and you realize this is a conversation, not a performance. If you're nervous, you're in good company.

Yes — as long as you're open to being surprised. Skepticism is healthy. I was skeptical myself before I started getting names and street addresses from dead people. All I ask is that you don't come in with your arms crossed trying to prove me wrong. Come curious. Let the evidence speak for itself.
