These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of services, courses, events, and products offered by Dina Hegazi and her business entities, including Conscious University ("we", "us", or "our"). By booking, purchasing, or participating in any of our offerings, you agree to these Terms in full.

1. Services Offered

Dina Hegazi offers:

Private psychic & mediumship readings (in-person in Berlin or online via Zoom)

Group events (live, in-person or online)

Courses (live Zoom cohorts and pre-recorded)

Memberships (e.g. weekly practice group)

Digital products (e.g. guided meditations, PDFs, recordings)

2. Disclaimer & Spiritual Guidance

All services are intended for personal insight, spiritual growth, and entertainment purposes only.

Dina is not a licensed medical doctor, psychologist, psychotherapist, lawyer in Germany, or financial advisor.

Any information, guidance, or predictions given do not constitute medical, legal, psychological, or financial advice and must not be relied upon as such.

You remain fully responsible for your own decisions, actions, and outcomes after any session, course, or event.

If you are experiencing a crisis, mental health emergency, or require professional advice, please seek assistance from a qualified and licensed professional.

By participating, you expressly agree that you will not hold us liable for any loss, damage, or consequences arising from your use of our services.

3. Recording & Marketing Use

All free events and all group events, courses, and workshops (including live and online sessions) may be audio or video recorded.

Recordings may be used in full or in part for marketing, educational, or promotional purposes, including on our website, social media channels, or in paid advertising.

Private 1:1 readings are not recorded or shared without your explicit written consent.

By attending any recorded event (other than private 1:1 readings), you grant us an unrestricted, worldwide, royalty-free license to use your likeness, voice, and participation in such recordings for promotional purposes.

If you do not wish to appear in promotional materials, it is your responsibility to inform us before the event begins, and to keep your camera and microphone turned off when applicable.

4. Payment & Booking

All services must be paid in full at the time of booking, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices are listed in EUR or USD, depending on the region. Exchange fees may apply for international purchases.

We accept payments via [insert methods: Stripe, PayPal, etc.].

5. Refunds & Cancellations

Private Readings & 1:1 Sessions:

Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice.

No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

Rescheduling is allowed once per booking, with proper notice.

Events, Courses, and Workshops:

Unless otherwise stated, all sales are final.

If the event is canceled or rescheduled by us, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

No refunds for missed live sessions or partial attendance.

Memberships:

Monthly memberships auto-renew unless canceled.

You may cancel anytime before the next billing cycle.

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of instant delivery, all digital product sales are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, recordings, guided exercises, and written content are the intellectual property of Dina Hegazi and Conscious University.

You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or sell any content without written permission.

Materials are for personal, non-commercial use only.

7. Client Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual:

Displaying disrespectful, abusive, or disruptive behavior

Violating community agreements during group sessions

Misusing or distributing our materials

8. Confidentiality

All private readings and 1:1 sessions are held in strict confidence.

You are welcome to share your experience, but we will never share your session details publicly without your explicit consent.

9. Use of Testimonials

If you voluntarily provide feedback or testimonials (written or video), you grant us permission to use your words (first name only or anonymously) for promotional purposes, unless you explicitly request otherwise.

10. Liability Waiver

By participating in any of our services, you agree to:

Take full responsibility for your own health, wellbeing, and decisions

Release us from any liability for outcomes resulting from your use of our services or content

Acknowledge that results vary for each individual and are not guaranteed
